Company Uses Currier to Send Envelope
I recently decided to upgrade my JAWS product to a professional version; I contacted the dealer that handles lo vision and blindness products. Upgrading was nothing all dun over the phone. 5 days later I came home to find a tag on my mail box. I scanned it as I do all my mail and discovered it was a slip from a currier stating they had mist me and I could come over and pick up my package. I should mention that this office was on the other side of the city and no public transportation went to this part of the city. I was unsure what package it was, I checked into it and the company who I had change my JAWS version decided to use a currier rather then standard mail to send me an envelope.
I decided that something needed to bee dun and emailed the president of the company, with in an hour I had a reply agreeing 100% with all my points and he had forwarded my message to other people to have the policy changed.
