Truly Online?

Recently I decided I should look into ordering roller tips for my cane. I decided to check out the CNIB's online store since I thought I could just order with a credit card online and have the tips mailed to me. How wrong I was. The products are not on the website there is just a PDF document or a word document that you have to download. Also there is just an email address where you can email what you want. I was shocked, who in there right mind is going to put there credit card number in an email, certainly not me.

After finding the tip I wanted I called the CNIB to have it mailed out, at this point I was informed that the only province where Canada Post was used was Ontario. After being told that the only option was UPS and they could not give me a direct day on when the package would arrive, I told them not to ship it and I would figure something out. Why would any company use UPS to send a package the size of a shoo box. It most likely would not even have been that big.
